She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton B. Rigsby and Rosa Ella Rigsby (Fitch); her husband Richard "Cotton" Ashley; her brother C. B. "Booty" Rigsby, Jr.; and her nephews, Jimmy Rigsby and Ronnie Alexander.

She is survived by: her children, Andrea Walton (Danny) and Tish Perry (Mark); her grandchildren, Clay Walton and Nicole Perry; her great grandchildren, Ephram Walton and Haiden Brinkley; her siblings, Betty Alexander and Billy Rigsby (Amanda); and her sisters-in-law, Gayle Rigsby and Patsy Rigsby.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at the Cowan Montgomery Cemetery (622 Cumberland St E, Cowan, TN 37318).
