He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna V. Arnold and Walter L. Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Arnold (Howton); and his daughters, Lindsay Arnold (Jeff Magnuson) of Lexington, SC and Alexis Arnold.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parthemore Funeral Home (1303 Bridge St, New Cumberland, PA 17070). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stephen's Episcopal Cathedral (221 N Front St, Harrisburg, PA 17101).
