Gonzalo Conteras DeSantiago, 95, entered into eternal rest on February 28,2026 in El Paso,Texas. Gonzalo is preceded in death by his parents Salome Contreras and Ramona DeSantiago. Gonzalo is survived by his sons, Ramon Contreras, Juan Contreras, Jose Luis Contreras and David Contreras. Daughters, Manuela Contreras, Amparo Contreras, Mariana Tarango, Elan Pena, Carolina Contreras and Maria Estela Contreras. Also leaving behind 39 Grandchildren and 59 Great -Grandchildren to carry and cherish his memory. Gonzalo will be dearly missed and forever loved.

A Committal Service at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
