Ratliff; two grandchildren, Brandon Shands, Olivia Ratliff; three brothers, Cyrus Craig (Angela) Dendy, James (Juanita) Cunningham, Bernard (Ida) Cunningham; four sisters, Shirley (Joseph) Watson, Theresa Williams, Ruby (Harley) Kindley, Doris (Jimmy) Walker.Funeral services for Mrs. Gloria Shands Phillips will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 12 noon at Laurel Hill Baptist Church in Waterloo, South Carolina, with Reverend Jonathon Davis officiating, committal and burial will be held at 3pm, at the Calvary Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Laurens, South Carolina.Public viewing will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026 at the Beasley Funeral Home of Laurens from 1-6pm.The family is receiving friends at the home of her mother Mrs. Queen E.
