Gloria was one of twelve siblings born to Grace and Dominic Marrazzo of Riverside, New Jersey. Gloria attended Riverside High School where she met her future husband, Merle Combs, who she married several years after his return from service during World War II.Gloria's guiding values throughout her life revolved around God and family which was evidenced by her attention and devotion to family and friends in times of need. She loved hosting family gatherings and maintained a well-deserved reputation for always being in the middle of the laughter and celebration at family get togethers.During her latter years, Gloria found great joy attending The Tender Adult Day Center in her hometown of Mount Laurel, where she enjoyed socializing and joining in group activities organized by their caring staff.Her warm heart and loving spirit will always be remembered by those whose lives she touched.Goria was the beloved wife of the late Merle R. Combs; loving mother of Jeffrey R. Combs (Lori), Terrence H. Combs (Jane) and Merle R. Combs Jr.; cherished Grandmother of Alyssa Lind-Combs (Holly), Nicholas Combs, Aleksander Combs, and Bryan Combs. Great Grandmother of Jori and Desmond. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends who will miss her greatly.Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, March 12 th at Givnish Funeral Home in Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North, from 8:45 am – 9:45 am. Mass will be held at 10:30 am at St. John Neumann Church, 560 Walton Avenue, Mount Laurel, NJ .In lieu of flowers, donations in Gloria's name may be made to The Tender Adult Daycare Center, www.thetender.org.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
