Gloria M. Combs

Gloria M. Combs, née Marrazzo, passed away on March 6, 2026, at Samaritan Hospice in Mount Holly. One of twelve siblings born to Grace and Dominic Marrazzo of Riverside, New Jersey, Gloria attended Riverside High School, where she met her future husband, Merle Combs. They married several years after his return from service in World War II.

Throughout her life, Gloria’s guiding values centered on God and family. She showed deep devotion to family and friends in times of need, loved hosting gatherings, and was known for always being at the heart of the laughter and celebration. In her later years, she found great joy at The Tender Adult Day Center in Mount Laurel, where she enjoyed socializing and participating in group activities with the caring staff.

Gloria was the beloved wife of the late Merle R. Combs. She leaves behind her loving sons, Jeffrey R. Combs (Lori), Terrence H. Combs (Jane), and Merle R. Combs Jr.; cherished grandchildren Alyssa Lind-Combs (Holly), Nicholas Combs, Aleksander Combs, and Bryan Combs; and great-grandchildren Jori and Desmond. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will miss her greatly.

Her warm heart and loving spirit will always be remembered by those whose lives she touched.
