Gloria Jean Heath McDaniel

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gloria Jean Heath McDaniel (Somerset, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Gloria shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gloria farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bob Heath and Leatha Heath; her husband William Robert; and her children, Robin and Steve. She was also cherished by her parents and siblings.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

One last thing, in lieu of flowers, Gloria requests that you make donations to the JAG (Jobs for America's Graduates) program at Somerset High School.
