She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Chapman and Mildred Best Shoemake; and her husband Walter "Woody" Blackman. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Gulledge (Grady), Kevin King and Wendy Adkins (Jonathan); her siblings, Fran Masters (Sam) and Gene Chapman; her grandchildren, Jamie Evans, Haven Evans, Keith Shepard, Ethan Shepard and Lydia Adkins; her great grandchildren, Liberty Watts, Sandi Davis, Hodge, Bridget, Brittany Blackman, Austin Blackman, Benjamin Boyd, Bella Blackman, Carly Fleming, Will Blackman and Jamie Blackman; her great great grandchild Briar Sellers; and her siblings, Lucille Beasley (Emma Jean Gulledge), Larry Chapman and Van Chapman.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Belk Funeral Home (229 W Broad St, Darlington, SC 29532). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Blackman Family Cemetery.
