Glenn Miller ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A. - Cumberland on Mar. 9, 2026.Cumberland, MD – Glenn Lee Miller, 80, of Cumberland, MD, passed away at home on March 7, 2026.Born July 13, 1945, in Keyser, WV, Mr. Miller was the son of the late William Francis Miller and Lillian Mae (Hartman) Miller. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Linda Diane Miller; his sister, Mary (Miller) Maxson; and his brother, Edward Miller.Glenn was a graduate of Keyser High School, Class of 1963. He continued his education at Potomac State College, graduating in 1965, and later earned his Master of Science in Management from Frostburg State College in 1984. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant from 1965 to 1969. Glenn went on to build a long and dedicated career with Kelly Springfield Tire Company, where he worked for 32 years before retiring in 2003 as a computer programmer.Above all, Glenn was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who loved his family deeply. He will be remembered for his steady presence, his strong work ethic, and the love and care he gave to those closest to him.Glenn is survived by his children: Scott Miller and wife Wendy; Brian Miller and wife Laura; Brett Miller and wife Carolyn; and Amy Harriman and husband Andrew; his grandchildren: Brad and Hannah Miller (Bradley McCulley); Brenten Miller (Brittney); Austin and Avery Miller; Grace and James Miller; and Campbell Harriman; his great-grandchildren: Sterling and Shepard Miller; his siblings: Patricia (Miller) McDonald, William Miller, and George Miller; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.Per his request, services will be private.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
