He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Palazzolo and Giuseppa Leone. He is survived by: his wife Diane Palazzolo; his children, Vito "Jerry" Palazzolo (Lynn), Thomas Palazzolo (Amy), Joseph Palazzolo (RoseAnn) and Michael Palazzolo (Leslie); his grandchildren, Vito A Palazzolo, Tommaso Palazzolo, Lorenzo Palazzolo, Dianna Palazzolo, Vito J Palazzolo, Giavanna Palazzolo, Olivia Palazzolo, Dominic Palazzolo and Vito M Palazzolo; his siblings, Sara Palazzolo (Vincenzo) and Michele Palazzolo (Ornella); and his siblings' children, Giovanna Rimi (Vincenzo), Filippo Rimi (Meeshell), Michela Palazzolo and Vito Palazzolo.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sullivan and Son Funeral Directors-Utica (8459 Hall Rd, Utica, MI 48317). A rosary will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (44633 Utica Rd, Utica, MI 48317). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
