Born on August 11, 1946, to Vito Palazzolo and Giuseppa Leone, Vito lived a life centered on family, friendship, and simple joys.Vito shared 58 loving years of marriage with his devoted wife, Diane Palazzolo. Together they built a strong and loving family that was the center of his life.He was the proud father of Vito "Jerry" (Lynn) Palazzolo, Thomas (Amy) Palazzolo, Joseph (RoseAnn) Palazzolo, and Michael (Leslie) Palazzolo. Vito was also a loving grandfather to Vito A Palazzolo, Tommaso Palazzolo, Lorenzo Palazzolo, Dianna Palazzolo, Vito J Palazzolo, Giavanna Palazzolo, Olivia Palazzolo, Dominic Palazzolo, and Vito M Palazzolo, each of whom brought him immense pride and joy.He is also survived by his siblings, Sara (Vincenzo) Palazzolo and Michele (Ornella) Palazzolo, along with many beloved nieces and nephews including Giovanna (Vincenzo) Rimi, Filippo (Meeshell) Rimi, Michela Palazzolo, and Vito Palazzolo.Vito was a simple man who truly cherished the moments spent with the people he loved. He enjoyed meeting friends at the coffee shop, sharing stories and laughter, and spending time surrounded by family. One of his greatest joys was visiting his children and grandchildren in Las Vegas, creating lasting memories with those he loved most.He was deeply invested in the lives of his children and grandchildren and took great pride in watching them grow. His warmth, wisdom, and love for being around family and friends will always be remembered.A visitation will take place at the Wm. Sullivan and Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd (3Blks E. of Van Dyke) Utica, on Sunday (March 15th) from 2pm - 8pm with a rosary at 7pm. His Funeral Mass will take place at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 44633 Utica Rd, Utica on Monday (March 16th), he will lie instate at 9:30am until the time of Mass at 10am.Vito's legacy lives on in the strong family he helped build and the many lives he touched with his kindness and presence.
