Geraldine “Geri” Pundzak passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 95. A woman of remarkable resilience, she faced and defeated cancer three times before the fourth diagnosis took her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Andrew J. Pundzak, and her daughter, Carol Diane Pundzak Whalen. Geri is survived by her daughter Lynn Pundzak and her partner Kim Barrens, her grandson Jack A. Whalen, her son-in-law John Whalen, and her devoted companion of 20 years, Jerry Schneider.
