He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee A. Collins and Luetta Lucille Collins (Herdt); his siblings, Judy Dible and Butch Collins; his mother-in-law Patty Lewallen (Kost); and his sister-in-law Barb Brothers.

He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Niki, Shawn Clark, Colin, Maycie, Kylie, Crystal, Melvin Rucker, Eric, Shaylyn, Riya, Rhett, Ryler Rucker, Aaron, Hannah, Elijah, Charlotte, Jaxon Rucker, Tenille Lee, Gee, Austin, Kaden, Isaiah, Gary, Lacey Collins, Bayler and Mesa; his sister Deanna Pabst (Darrell); and his siblings-in-law, Kenny Kost, Mark Brothers and Janet Collins. He is also survived by many family members and friends.

A graveside service was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Monument Cemetery (Co Rd 350, Monument, KS 67747).
