We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Gerald Kindig Sr. of La Porte, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Gerald shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gerald farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his mother Alta Kindig (Arndt). He is survived by: his father Emery Kindig; his wife Patricia Kindig; his children, Cindy Gillen (Randy) of La Porte, Diane Davis of La Porte, Becky Skibinski (John) of Michigan City, Jerry Kindig Jr. (Patti) of La Porte and Joe Davis; and his sister Cleo Bach of Illinois.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home (1117 Indiana Ave, La Porte, IN 46350). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the American Heart Association.
