George W. Goodman, Jr., 81, of West Reading, passed away on March 10, 2026, at his residence.
Born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, on July 14, 1944, George was the son of the late Ann (Devine) and George Goodman, Sr. He served his country as a Specialist 4 in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. For the following decades, he worked as a dedicated mechanic for 35 years.
He is survived by his sister, Ann Bowers of Pottsville, Pennsylvania. George was laid to rest at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, Pennsylvania, with full military honors.
