We bid farewell to George Edward Barnhouser Jr. of Millsboro, Delaware, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 5, 2026 at the age of 70. George touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid George farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For George is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward Barnhouser, Sr. and Edna Barnhouser. He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Barnhouser; his children, Crystal Fridy (Bill) and George Edward Barnhouser, III (Heather); his grandson Hayden Barnhouser; and his sister Patricia Smith (Bob Hamilton). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 8:00 AM and at 11:00 AM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM and at 1:00 PM.
