George Chmiola

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore R. Chmiola and Arlene F. "Dolly" Chmiola; his brother Wayne Chmiola; his niece Devan Chmiola; and his brother-in-law Bill Little.

He is survived by: his wild Hawaiian; his wife Mary; his brothers, Randy (Sondra) and Ted Chmiola (Chris); and his siblings-in-law, John Little (Kathy), Arthur Little (Ellen) and Barbara Floyd. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, April 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 20th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church (111 S Hubbard St, Algonquin, IL 60102).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in George's memory to JourneyCare Hospice Inpatient Unit, 405 Lake Zurich Road, Barrington, IL 60010, whose compassionate care provided comfort and peace in his final days.
