Turner, 86, of Port Allegany, passed away Friday (March 13, 2026) at his home in Port Allegany.He was born November 18, 1939 in Coudersport, the son of Raymond and Elda (Curtis) Turner. On June 1, 1963 in Port Allegany, he married Helene L. Crowe, who died March 8, 2024.Mr. Turner was a graduate of Port Allegany High School Class of 1959 and served in the U.S. Navy.Mr. Turner was employed by Ethan Allen in Eldred, Pittsburgh Corning Corp in Port Allegany and by Ball Incon in Port Allegany, retiring in 2003.He is survived by two sons; Michael E. Turner and Paul C.
