Gene Sizemore

Gene Sizemore, age 87, of Deepwater, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Aspire Senior Living Center in Warsaw, Missouri.

Born and raised in the Clinton area, Gene spent his life as a handyman, taking on a variety of odd jobs. He found great joy in the outdoors and in the company of his friends.

He is survived by his sister, Annie Lucille Sizemore; his sister-in-law, Mary Sizemore; his nieces and nephews, Raymond (Debbie) Sizemore, Marilyn (Damien) Bourland, Vina (Frank) Golightly, Betty (Billy) Kronk, George Sizemore, and Robert (Mary) Burns; his close friends; and his devoted caregivers, Rosie and Patricia Richardson, along with many other family members and friends.

Gene was preceded in death by his parents, George and Viney Sizemore; his brothers, Jesse, Jack, Robert, and Landon Sizemore; and his sister, Evelyn Sizemore.
