A private memorial service will be held by the family.Survivors include his daughter, Crystal S. Sanders (Dean); son, Gary Streeter (Jana); son, Richard Shockley (Shawnita); family member, McKenna Edwards (Ethan); grandchildren, Emme, Liam, and Myla Sanders, Kutter and Maddy Shockley; and a host of nieces and nephews.He is preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Sharon Kay Streeter.Pallbearers will be Brian McElroy, Ricky Shockley, Gary Faulkner, Dean Sanders, Liam Sanders, and Ethan Edwards.Gary will be fondly remembered for his selflessness, strong work ethic, and his immense love for his family. He had a lifelong love for fishing, crabbing, and hunting, and was a hardworking man who took pride in everything he did. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.Gary Streeter, Sr., was a native of North East, Maryland, and a resident of Jacksonville for the past eighteen years.
