He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Jefferies; and his children, Jeff (Janel), Laura (Joel), Brian (Aimee), Doug (Jen) and David (Ashley).
Viewing will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1845 7200 S, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
He was also awarded a National Honorary American FFA Degree (Future Farmers of America) and was a founding member of the Utah FFA Foundation.
