Gary Edward Evans, Sr. Obituary February 27, 2026 - High Funeral Home

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Gary Edward Evans, Sr., age 66, was born December 21, 1959 and died February 27, 2026 at Willow Branch Health and Rehabilitation following an extended illness. A United States Army Veteran, a retired contractor with the U.S. Army, and a member of the Islamic Faith, he was the son of the late James and Loretta Strode Evans. Mr. Evans is survived by children, Gary E. Evans, Jr., Sherwin Romeo Evans, Anthony Evans and Quinton Evans; grandchildren, Gary E. Evans, III, Jaylon E. Evans, Zyra Laura Chenail Evans, Zolae Chenail Evans, Jamerson E. Evans, Grayson E. Evans, Zillion Chenail Evans and Zyn Chenail Evans. The family would like to give a special mention to Wayne and Julia Evans. Per Mr. Evans wishes, he was cremated. There will be a repass on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 199 Vanley Rowan Rd, McMinnville, TN.
