Gary Alan Mitchell, 68, passed away on March 10, 2026, in Hurricane, Utah. Born on March 22, 1957, Gary deeply cherished his family and found joy in life’s simplest moments, whether it was a trip to Disneyland or drawing cartoons. He retired as a Maintenance Tech III from the City of Puyallup Public Works Department, where he was known for his helpful and loving nature, always ready to lend a hand or share a laugh.

He was the loving husband of Terri Mitchell and a devoted father to Sean and Lisa. He was also a doting grandfather to Clara, James, Lucas, Elena, and Hadley. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Lela Mitchell, and his brother, Dennis Mitchell.

Gary’s life was marked by his steadfast commitment to his family and his ability to enjoy every moment. His passion for drawing cartoons brought happiness to him and to everyone around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
