Predeceased by his parents, William “Willie” Walter and Flossie Williamson Ritter, and by his wife Donarose Garner, Garland is survived by his son John W. Ritter, his daughter-in-law Andra “Carrie” Oliver Ritter, and his grandchildren Jack, Hallie, and Joseph Ritter. Through them, the love and values he shared continue to live on.
