Gail Rita Sisung

Gail Rita Sisung passed away on March 10, 2026 at the age of 90. Born on August 14, 1935 in Gretna, Louisiana, she was the daughter of Mildred J. and Joseph B. Sisung. She was preceded in death by her sisters Joy S. Hepting, Lois S. Kliebert, and Shirley S. Poole. Gail is survived by her brothers Bernard Sisung, Dennis Sisung and his wife Shirley, Gerald Sisung, and many nieces and nephews.

Gail held a deep love for the outdoors and nature. Some of her happiest moments were spent gardening, bird watching, fishing, and vacationing with friends in the mountains and national parks of Utah and Arizona. She also found joy in playing cards, woodworking, bowling, cheering for the Saints, and spending time with friends and family.

Though dementia took her from us too soon, Gail will always be remembered for her caring spirit and fun-loving nature.
