It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Hancock of Taunton, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Levesque (Newman) and Robert P. Levesque; and her sister Janice M. Sousa (Dumoulin). She is survived by: her husband Howard P. Hancock; her daughters, Kristen M. Smalley (Matthew) of Tennessee and Kimberly M. Rogers (Richard) of East Freetown; her sister Susan M. Morse; and her grandchildren, Brianna Smalley, Jackson Rogers and Chase Rogers.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Riendeau Mulvey Funeral Home (467 Bay St, Taunton, MA 02780). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jude the Apostle Parish (249 Whittenton St, Taunton, MA 02780). A burial will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (475 E Britannia St, Taunton, MA 02780).
