She was predeceased by her parents, Fred O. Young and Margaret R. (Smith), and her brother, David A. Young. Gail is survived by her devoted husband, Lt. Thomas S. Brandon; her children, Heidi, Scott, Heather Kaczmarski (Jonathan), and Kate (Sita); and her cherished grandchildren, Jacob Ross, Miriam, Josiah Kaczmarski, and Sage Brandon.
Throughout her life, Gail touched her family and friends with a gentle and caring presence that will be deeply missed.
