Gene lived a full life in the Outer Banks community he called home for many years. Known for his steady presence and quiet kindness, he touched the lives of family and friends through his genuine spirit and the simple, steady ways he showed he cared.
He leaves behind loved ones who will remember him with deep affection and gratitude for the time they shared. A celebration of his life will be held at Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church on Sunday, March 22 at 2 p.m.
