He was next to the oldest child of 10 silblings.He attended Pembroke High School in Newport News, Virginia. He loved the lord with all of his heart, nobody had a passion for the guitar like he had for his leading lady. Freddie was a very quite and observant man that expressed himself through his wardrobe. He loved his suits, his hats and made sure he had every accessory to include his sunglasses & shoes to match every outfit. Freddie was a man a few words but absolutely expressed himself through his clothing, he was extremely colorful and did not shy away from any colors whatsoever. He had a special gift and just knew ahead of time when someone was pregnant. Freddie was a die hard Redskins fan.Freddie was married to Oral Virginia Gaskins Talley and was blessed with 2 children Pamela & Freddie Talley III and later blessed with Ebony Williams. He was preceded in death by his parents & siblings Freda Talley, Roseleita Talley, Connie Talley, Starling Pellum, Cecilia Davis, Eric Talley, Suzzette Talley. Nephew and neices Dontavius Talley, Constance Pellum & Aisha Eddy.
