He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Ball; his sons, Walter Franklin Ball and Christopher Allen Ball; his grandsons, Albert Franklin Ball and Oliver Lee Ball; and his stepgrandchildren, Mark Breeden and Amy Faulkner.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home (333 S Parke St, Aberdeen, MD 21001).
