She entered this life on December 1, 1954, in El Dorado, Kansas, the daughter of Harold and Ruth (Torbett) Tatum. Frankie was preceded in death by her parents and brother, David Tatum. She was joined in marriage on September 25, 1982, to Robert "Paul" Fray.Frankie had a warm spirit and a creative heart. She found joy in music, flowers, the arts, and the beauty of nature. She loved to dance. Her love for her pets reflected her gentle soul. Frankie will be remembered for her caring and giving spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.Frankie is survived by her husband of 43 years, Paul Fray; sister, Catherine Taylor of Lenexa, Kansas; and half-brother, Robert Brock of Ardmore, Oklahoma.A memorial service will be held at a later date.
