She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Crum and Anna Crum (Horn); her siblings, Eloise Endicott, James Crum (Dottie), Loretta Branham and Patty Crum; and her sister-in-law Norma Vance.

She is survived by: her children, William Earl Horn (Virginia), Cecil Ray Horn (Darlene), Edward Lee Horn, Ella Lea Kincaid (James D. II) and Lowell J. Horn (Tracy); her grandchildren, Cecil Allen Horn, Martin Horn, William Joseph Horn, John Eli Horn, Cali Paige Miller, Nicole Lynn Eddy, Mandy Ross, James Donald Kincaid III, Benjamin Horn and Michael James Horn; her brother Bascum Crum (Ruth); and her close friend Ann Wallace. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM.
