Frank will be remembered with a celebration of his life on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 11 a.m. at Colonial Funerals in Hamden, Connecticut. A time of viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service.
He leaves behind family and friends whose lives were touched by his presence, warmth, and the quiet strength he brought to those around him. His memory will continue to live in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
