Frank John Santoro, 68, of Elyria passed away on February 16, 2026. Frank lived a life defined by hard work, faith, loyalty, and love for his family. He worked in the saltmine in Cleveland before retiring from U.S. Steel after many dedicated years. Known for his strong work ethic, he continued by running a small landscaping company. Frank was a devoted member of Saint Agnes Church in Elyria and found great joy delivering meals to the elderly during the holidays. He was blessed with a lifelong best friend Dan Pawlus. For over 20 years, Frank belonged to the EMH gym in Avon, where he enjoyed swimming. He was an avid sports fan who loved the Browns, Guardians and Cavaliers. He cherished the times he spent watching the game with his beloved dog, Lucky.He is survived by his mother, Carol; siblings Angie, Joe and Mike; sons, Frank Santoro and Howard and Bonnie Lynch; grandchildren Olivia, Donte' and Travis, Ashley and Kailey; great-grandchildren, Braylen, Arrawyn, Liam and Theo.He was preceded in death by his longtime companion Mary ShoemakerMemorial Mass will be Tuesday March 10, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Agnes Church 611 Lake Ave., Elyria.
