Frank J. Privitera Jr.

Frank J. Privitera Jr., age 67, of Ellenboro, North Carolina, died on Friday, March 6, 2026, at Atrium Health Cleveland in Shelby, North Carolina. A native of Jamestown, New York, he was the son of the late Frank Privitera and was preceded in death by his brother Jim Privitera.

Frank was a devoted Christian who genuinely loved people. He took great pride in his hospitality work and poured his energy into every role he held. His passions included traveling and NASCAR, especially the late Dale Earnhardt.

He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Judy Privitera; three daughters, Karen Rabideau (Joe) of Apex, North Carolina, Lisa Files of Tampa, Florida, and Melissa Willingham (Jay) of Raleigh, North Carolina; his mother, Kathleen Jones of Jamestown, New York; two stepsons, Michael Pruett and Randy Pruett; four brothers, Mike Rock, Ron Privitera, Don Privitera, and Joe Privitera; one sister, Pat Privitera; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
