Frank H Ingalls

Frank H. Ingalls, 61, of Newport, New Hampshire, died unexpectedly of a heart attack on March 12, 2026. Born on March 5, 1965 in Newport, he was the son of Ralph Ingalls, Sr. and the late Carol (Simpson) Ingalls.

Frank lived his entire life in Newport, where he was known as a hardworking man who would do anything to help others. He cherished time outdoors, especially fishing, and was a longtime member of the Moose Club, where he enjoyed playing cornhole and pool. A passionate music lover, he favored loud rock and held Kiss as his favorite band.

He was predeceased by his mother, Carol Ingalls, and his brother, Ralph Ingalls, Jr. He is survived by his father, Ralph Ingalls, Sr. of Newport; his son, Jason Willey Ingalls of Newport; Jason’s siblings, Justina and Joshua Willey; his granddaughter, Andrea Willey; his sisters, Mona (David) Sanborn and Clarissa Sanborn, both of Newport; special cousins, Michael Ingalls, Carla Jarvis, and Tina LaClair; nieces and nephews, Heather Bushway, Everett “Bud” Sanborn, Jr., and Tyler Sanborn; great-niece and great-nephew, Zayla and Ashton Bushway; and many other extended family members and friends.
