Frank Fox ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Doan & Mills Funeral Home on Mar. 17, 2026.RICHMOND, IN– Frank Fox, 80, of Richmond, IN passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026, after a long illness.He was born on December 12, 1945, to Edward and Julia Ramsey Fox.Frank retired from Mosey manufacturing after working there for over 30 years.He is survived by his daughter, Nikki (Nolan) Patterson; sisters, Betty (Bob) Murray, and Becky Kramer; and several nieces and nephews.He is preceded in death by his wife Rose; parents; sister, Deloris Rader; and two brothers, Charles Fox, and Ed Fox Jr.Special thanks to Otterbein Senior Life Franklin The Gardens and Advanced Special Care Unit caregivers. Special thanks to Gentiva Hospice nurses Melissa and Chelsea, as well as social worker Melissa. It was evident the love you had for my father, and how much you cared for him. You all made this hard journey easier on both of us.
