Born on February 10, 1971, in Detroit, Michigan, Frank lived a life marked by unwavering dedication to his loved ones, an insatiable thirst for knowledge, and a deep talent for music.

He shared 23 devoted years with his loving wife, Tammy Head. Frank is also survived by his mother, Diana Carol, his sister, Virginia, and his cherished nieces and nephews, Brandi, Justin, Amanda, Eric, and Reese, along with many great-nieces and nephews. His extended family, including aunts, uncles, and cousins such as Larry, Chuck, and Jimmy, will remember his warmth and generosity. He was the son of the late Frank Head Sr.
