He is survived by: his wife Omy Rotella; his children, Francesco Rotella (Jennifer), Patrick Rotella (Ursula) and Frankie Rotella (Jessica); his brother-in-law Orlando Alvarez Sr.; and his nephew Orlando Alvarez Jr.. He is also survived by many extended family members, close friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mack Memorial (1245 Paterson Plank Rd, Secaucus, NJ 07094). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception RC Church (1219 Paterson Plank Rd, Secaucus, NJ 07094). A committal service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031). An entombment will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at the Holy Cross Mausoleum (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
