He was predeceased by: his mother Dovie Fain Spencer; and his grandparents, James, Emma Fain, John and Dorothy Spencer.

He is survived by: his children, Autumn Angel Spencer of Erwin, Tennessee, Kevan Tanner Spencer of Erwin, Tennessee, Kody Austin Spencer of Erwin, Tennessee and Keeper Trey Spencer of Erwin, Tennessee; his father Frank Albert Spencer, Sr. of Stuart; his sister Teresa Spencer Lawson of Patrick Springs; his nephew Joshua Lawson (Stacia) of Chase City; and his great-nephew Gaige Lawson of Stuart.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Moody Funeral Home (202 W Blue Ridge St, Stuart, VA 24171). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Patrick Memorial Gardens (20937 Jeb Stuart Hwy, Stuart, VA 24171).
