He is survived by: his children, Lessett Batista, Chantel Batista, Thalia Batista, Cisco Batista and Jose F. Batista; his close friend Jacqueline Perez; and his siblings, Reynaldo Batista, Adriana Mendez, Francisca Batista, Franklin Batista Fidel Mendez, Marino Mendez, Domenica Santa and Apolinar Mendez.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Nardolillo Funeral Home (1278 Park Ave, Cranston, RI 02910). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 8:45 AM at the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory (1278 Park Ave, Cranston, RI 02910). A Mass will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Church (239 Oxford St, Providence, RI 02905). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at the St. Ann Cemetery (73 Church St, Cranston, RI 02920).
