Francis is survived by his wife, Elaine A. Kall (Lertas); his children, Erika E. Dias (Mike) of Rehoboth, Joseff, Jonathan, and Michael Dias, Jr.; and his siblings, Jane Rist, Amelia Kall, Charles Kall, and Brian Roth (Tina). He will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
