Francis J. Carlozzi

Francis J. "Frank" Carlozzi, 86, of Wareham, died peacefully at his home on March 13, 2026. He was the devoted husband of Jean (Mascarelli) Carlozzi.

Born in Boston to the late Inez (Benotti) and Frank J. Carlozzi, Sr., Frank spent many years in Brockton before moving to Wareham in 1986. He worked as a skilled mechanic and machinist, proudly belonging to IAM Local 264. He was employed by St. Johnsbury Trucking Co. and later Shaughnessy Crane Service, retiring in 2000.

A lifelong devout Catholic, Frank was an active parishioner at St. Patrick's Church in Wareham. He found great joy in playing golf and cherished time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Jean; his sons, Frank J. Carlozzi, Jr., and Michael Carlozzi and his wife Alexis of Providence, RI; and his grandson, John A. "Adam" Carlozzi. Frank was predeceased by his son, the late John Carlozzi, and his siblings, the late Roderick Carlozzi and Irene McLaughlin. The family extends heartfelt thanks to the compassionate nurses and staff from Southcoast Health at Home and Loving Hearts Home Health Care for their dedicated care.
