Francis Golembeski

Francis Golembeski of Scranton, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 17, 2026, at the age of 93. He was predeceased by his wife Lillian, his son John, and his parents Stella and Joseph Golembeski. He is survived by his close friend Carolyn McLain, his daughters Barbara Bisignani and her husband Gary, Francine Golembeski, and Maria Mazzone and her husband Frank, as well as his grandchildren Jami and her husband Matt, Michelle and her husband Brant, John and his wife Liz, Nina and her husband Jim, and Nick and his wife Jeanette. He also leaves behind his great-grandchildren Wilkie, Bailee, Kennedy, Brynlee, Jude, and Lillian.

Francis lived a long life marked by the love of his family and the steadfast friendships he maintained over many years. Those who knew him will remember the quiet strength and devotion he showed to the people closest to him. He will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to share in his life.
