It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Francis Charles Gwinn (Park Falls, Wisconsin), born in Radisson, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 25, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gwinn and Mary Gwinn (Golob); his siblings, William Gwinn and Patricia Gwinn; and his siblings-in-law, Patrice Gwinn, Ronald Ziebell and Paul Hollrith.

He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Douglas and Andrea Oman (John); his grandchildren, Mikala Talbot (Ben), William Gwinn (Abby), Mary Oman, Jack Oman and Sam Oman; his siblings, Nancy Ziebell, Barbara Hollrith, James Gwinn and David Gwinn (Mary); and his in-laws, Duane Kostman (Kendra) and Charlotte Gwinn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Congregational United Church of Christ (279 N 1st Ave, Park Falls, WI 54552). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the First Congregational Church (279 N 1st Ave, Park Falls, WI 54552).
