She was predeceased by: her son Brad Moak; and her parents, EmiLiano Samson and Mercedes Ordas. She is survived by: her husband Prentiss Moak; her daughters, Tina Moak and Cherie Vincent (James); her grandchildren, Brittany, James Michael, Alexis and Bradley; and her siblings, Carma, Rudy Samson and Alfred Ordas. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Riley Smith & Sons - DeQuincy (1810 W Fourth St, DeQuincy, LA 70633). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home (1810 W Fourth St, DeQuincy, LA 70633).
