A Private Celebration of life will be held by the family at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the supervision of Bartley Funeral Home and Prairie View Crematory of Plainview, TX.Frances Wright was born in Quitaque, TX, on September 30, 1935, to Thomas and Ellen Stout.During her career, Frances worked as a private investigator and provided security for Browning Root Construction. She was a talented artist who loved to draw, especially birds. Frances enjoyed watching CSI and Heartland on television. Some of her most cherished memories were taking her family to the lake to go fishing and fishing in the ocean with her late husband, (J.W.)
