Frances, known as Fran to many was the epitome of resilience, strength and caring for others. Fran enjoyed multiple hobbies, love for ocean, independence, being a teacher and a passion for music. She taught us the value of hard work and kindness, and will be deeply missed. She is survived by her children, Pamela Jackson and Thomas Jackson and three grandchildren.
