Frances Louise Cunningham

We bid farewell to Frances Louise Cunningham (Doe Run, Missouri), born in Caruthersville, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 8, 2026 at the age of 88. Frances touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Buster Frix and Mary Frix (Mann); her children, David Erik Cunningham and Amie Lynn Cunningham; and her siblings, Wilda Faye Shepard and Buddy Frix.

She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Mark Timothy Cunningham of Farmington and Dr. Jeffry Scot Cunningham (Michele) of Winston; her grandchildren, Dustin Erik Cunningham (McKenzie) of Campbell, MO, Tiffany Dawn Cecil (Jacob) of Campbell, MO, Andrew Bishop Cunningham of Farmington, Melanee Erica Kissinger (David) of Park Hills, Maggee Elise Walls of St. Louis, Maycee Elina Cunningham of Winston, Georgia, Kristen Rose Rogers of Farmington, Stephanie Louise Peters-Winters (Kyle) of Harvell, MO, Jessica Lynn Peters-Bogan (Jacob) of Lebanon, MO, Katie Weathers (Joe) of Bonne Terre and Ryan Thomas Storie of Park Hills; and her sister Sherry Drye. She is also survived by twenty nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Taylor Chapel (111 E Liberty St, Farmington, MO 63640). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Doe Run Memorial Cemetery (3244 Hwy 221, Doe Run, MO 63637).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to Shared Blessing in Bonne Terre, or St. Jude Children's Research in Memphis, TN. that reflects her passion for caring for others.
