Frances Juanita Owens

Frances Juanita Owens, 86, beloved wife of James Owens, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

Born in Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Thurman and Ernestine Murphy. Frances was a faithful member of Life Spring Church of God, where she found deep joy in worshiping the Lord and sharing life with her church family. Her strong faith guided her daily and was reflected in her loving service to others.

She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a cherished grandmother who treasured her family above all else. Frances leaves behind a legacy of faith, kindness, and strong family values. She will be remembered as a gentle woman whose unwavering devotion to the Lord touched everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, James Owens; son, Nathan Reilly (Julie); granddaughter, Jessica Reilly; grandson, Robert Reilly; step-son, Marlon Owens; step-daughter, Regina Kotlowski; sisters, Grace Bell, Barbara Fortner, and Donna Burton; and brother, Carl Murphy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Murphy.
